These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, applications, products, and services provided by American Dream Media and Tech Holdings LLC (“American Dream Media and Tech,” “American Dream Media,” “ADTV Media,” “ADMT,” “ADTV,” “American Dream Network,” “American Dream TV,” “Operation American Dream,” “REAL shows Network,” “Amplify,” “ADTV Traffic,” “ADTV Traffic Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
- Scope of Services
These Terms apply to all of our offerings, including but not limited to: American Dream Network (our website, streaming platform, and affiliated white-labeled shows), American Dream TV and Operation American Dream (television programs), Realshows.tv (productions and distribution services), and Amplify App marketing program, including ADTV Traffic and ADTV Traffic Pro (social media and advertising services). Collectively, these are the “Services.” - Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. - Use of Facebook and Other Integrations
Certain Services, you voluntarily and knowingly engage may connect to Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party platforms. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access the data and features you permit (including Page IDs, posts, engagement metrics, and access tokens) to provide the Services. You may revoke access at any time through your Facebook or Instagram settings. We will use this data solely for the purposes of delivering the Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data obtained from Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party integrations will not be used for artificial intelligence or machine learning training. - User Responsibilities
You agree not to violate any applicable law or regulation; post or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; use the Services to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation; or interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services. If you provide content for use through Amplify or other marketing programs, you confirm you have all necessary rights and licenses. - Marketing Communications
By submitting your information or opting in, you consent to receive communications via SMS, phone calls, ringless voicemail and email. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency of messages may vary. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or by using unsubscribe links in emails. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. - Intellectual Property and Content Licensing
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Services (including American Dream Media, American Dream TV, Operation American Dream, Realshows.tv, Amplify, ADTV Traffic, and ADTV Traffic Pro) are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without written permission. By submitting or appearing in content produced by us, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and license such content for our business purposes, including distribution, marketing, and licensing to third parties for purposes such as the development or training of artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, subject to applicable law. This right does not extend to any data obtained from Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party platforms via authorized integrations, which will not be used for AI or ML training. If you do not wish your likeness or voice to be used for AI purposes, you may contact us at privacy@adtvmedia.com to request removal. - Fees and Payment
Certain Services require payment of fees. Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. - Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time, per the terms in your Agreement. - Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding performance, outcomes, or availability of third-party integrations, including Facebook and Instagram. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by law. - Retention Where Required by Law
Notwithstanding your rights to request deletion, we may retain or disclose certain information if required by applicable law, including but not limited to tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations; valid requests from law enforcement or regulators; or where necessary to protect our rights or the rights and safety of others. - Changes to Terms

The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
