This Privacy Policy applies to all of our websites, applications, programs, and services, including affiliated and white-labeled shows and marketing programs.

1. Information We Collect
   Identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, and login information. Professional information such as business name and role. Content and activity data including posts, photos, videos, and ad creatives. Facebook and Instagram data (when you connect your account), such as Page IDs, post content, engagement metrics, and access tokens. Usage data such as IP address, browser type, and site activity.
   
2. How We Use Information
   We use the data we collect to provide, operate, and improve our services; to personalize user experience; to provide customer support; to comply with legal obligations; and to maintain security. We may use anonymized or aggregated data (data that does not identify you personally) to improve our Services, conduct analytics, and train artificial intelligence models. Data obtained from Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party platforms through authorized integrations is used only to provide the requested Services and is not used for artificial intelligence or machine learning training.
   
3. Sharing of Information
   We may share information with service providers who support our business operations; with Facebook or Instagram when you authorize integrations; when required by law, subpoena, or legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
   
4. Data Retention
   We retain personal data while your account is active or as necessary to provide services. If you disconnect your account or request deletion, we will remove your data within a commercially reasonable time, except where we are required by law to retain certain records such as financial and tax records, audit data, or information related to a legal investigation or litigation hold.

   If you are a resident of California or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. 6. Facebook and Instagram Data
   When you voluntarily and knowingly connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we access only the data you authorize. You can revoke our access at any time through your Facebook settings. For data deletion, remove the app from your Facebook settings or submit a request to privacy@adtvmedia.com. Data obtained from Facebook and Instagram is never used for AI or ML training.
   
7. Security
   We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encryption and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
   
8. Children’s Privacy
   We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our services are not directed to them.

   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
