Tracy Fitzgerald literally grew up in the luxury home industry. Widely respected as an 'extremely savvy real estate virtuoso', Tracy began her skyrocketing career with Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Peak Realty and sold an astonishing $12 million her first year. Since then, success has been a constant partner. "I was honored when asked to be one of the first group of agents to be associated with The Equitable, an invitation-only company that recently merged with Russ Lyon and became Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty", she said proudly. "Our exclusive high-end marketing synergism with Sotheby's offers our clients a unique and phenomenal local, national and international exposure, a rare opportunity." Passionate about what she does and having the reputation of being one of the hardest working professionals in the business, Tracy is well-known as an intense 'marketing guru' who goes above and beyond 'the extra mile' to aggressively market her properties. An unparalleled combination of experience, enthusiasm, integrity and commitment has catapulted her into the rarified realm of the industry's top producers - and that is where she intends to stay. Happily married for ten years, one of Tracy's greatest pleasures in life is spending quality time with her husband, Tim and two precious young children Gianna and Jack; whether its an evening spent together cooking and watching a family movie or enjoying a family hike up Pinnacle Peak. "Finding a good balance is so important", she says. "Just as loving whatever it is that you do in life." And it is obvious to anyone that this highly successful real estate dynamo does love what she does, even if she jokingly says she sometimes feels like a doctor on call. "I never know when my phone is going to ring, but that's what I'm here for and that's what I'm good at - striving to meet my clients' needs." Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Tracy attended Texas Tech University, heading west to North Scottsdale in 1992. "When I was growing up in Texas, my Mom was a General Contractor who designed and built luxury custom homes. She was way ahead of her time", she says with a laugh. "I honestly grew up going to jobsites and learning the ins and outs of luxury homebuilding and the great importance of understanding and meeting the clients' expectations. During this time I developed a passion for real estate and I knew early on that this was the profession I wanted to devote myself to as a life long career. Helping my clients to achieve their dreams gives me great satisfaction and happiness because I know that I am helping to make a difference in their world and mine."
