Mike Lubin spent fifteen years working as a talent and literary agent in Los Angeles and New York at the renowned William Morris Agency, where he honed his skills in creative artist management and representation. He uses many of these skills today in the marketing and sales of noteworthy properties and finding truly special homes for clients.
Mike’s natural ability to listen to his clients’ needs and find exactly what they are looking for is one of his biggest strengths, and greatest pleasures. He has a strong visual sense that enables him to look directly into the raw potential an environment has to offer. He uses these design skills to offer select clients staging services for their apartments.
Mike Lubin was selected "Rookie of the Year" by Brown Harris Stevens in his first year at the firm, and was recognized as one of New York State’s top real estate professionals in 2017 by The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends, ranking 67th for individual sales volume.
Ranked within the top 5% of Brown Harris Stevens agents for gross commissions earned, Mike sells properties throughout Manhattan- selling within cooperatives on Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue and Central Park West, and the entire Downtown market.
Mike serves as a proud member of the Board of Selfhelp, one of the largest and most respected not-for-profit human service agencies in NYC.
