Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the business department at Lipscomb University and has spent much time studying, listening, and learning from others who have spent many years and have had great success in real estate. What he learned from his mentors has enabled him to produce great results in the world of Real Estate! His training includes special real estate courses such as Legal aspects of the TAR contract, Brokerage in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, Property Management and Managing Risks, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges, Working with Tenant in Common Ownership Interests (TICs), a member of the National Association of REALTORS Green designation, and multiple specialized marketing seminars. As well as being owner and PRINCIPAL BROKER of Brandon Hannah Properties he is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and the Williamson County Board of REALTORS®. He loves to take care of all of the technical aspects of your real estate purchase or sale but also wants to be sure to look after your personal needs.
