Bonnie Spindler

Bonnie Spindler is The Victorian Specialist of San Francisco. When she was only 23 years old, Bonnie purchased her first home. She enjoyed learning to renovate a historic home firsthand, and continued to purchase and rehab homes with regularity. A friend took notice of Bonnie’s passion, and encouraged her to become a real estate agent. The rest was history! Bonnie has become a trusted, force-of-nature in the San Francisco real estate community. She has served as President of the Victorian Alliance, President of the Alamo Square Neighborhood Association, has listed two of the seven Painted Ladies, and has continually championed the restoration and glorification of historic architecture. Her expertise from previous careers in advertising, antique sales, and interior design has helped her grow and thrive as a realtor. A well-known name in the San Francisco real estate community, Bonnie has earned the titles of Company Top Producer, Top Producer, and Zephyr’s All-Time Top Residential Sales Agent. She was also the city’s fifth-largest seller of residential homes in 2006. Bonnie spent her undergraduate career at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana where she earned two BA’s in Psychology and Communications, and later studied masters-level coursework at the SF Art Institute.
