Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: September 3, 2025
American Dream Media and Tech Holdings LLC (“ADTV”) respects your privacy and provides clear options for data deletion.
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to ADTV, you may request deletion of all data we have collected through that connection.
How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion in either of the following ways:
- Via Facebook/Instagram Settings
- Log in to your Facebook or Instagram account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations (Facebook) or Apps and Websites (Instagram).
- Find “ADTV” and remove the app.
This will revoke our access and automatically delete our stored data within a commercially reasonable time.
- Direct Request to ADTV
- Send an email to privacy@adtvmedia.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
- Please include the email associated with your ADTV account and the Facebook/Instagram Page or profile you connected.
- We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
What Will Be Deleted
- Facebook/Instagram Page identifiers (IDs, names)
- Page content and engagement metrics
- Access tokens and related integration data
Any other personal information you provided in connection with the integration
We may retain minimal information as required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, but such information will not be used for any other purpose.
